DELIVERY CONDITIONS
For all orders placed before 12:00 on our site, packages are shipped the same day except on weekends and holidays.
Average delivery times are generally 24 to 48 hours in metropolitan France after your order is shipped.
All shipments have a tracking number to follow the progress of your package.
You can access this tracking number in your customer area.
We offer several trusted carriers at competitive rates.
Shipping fees include packaging, handling and postage. They can contain a fixed part and a variable part according to the price or the weight of your order. We advise you to group your purchases in one order.
DELIVERY FEES IN METROPOLITAN FRANCE
You can select two types of delivery: normal or express.
Up to 60 € TTC of order, you will pay a 6.96 € TTC shipping cost.
From 60 € to 199 € TTC of order, you will pay transport costs of 9.96 € TTC.
Beyond 199 € of order, the delivery is FREE. But we do not guarantee the choice of the carrier that you could have made, we will choose the provider available for a relief package the fastest.
DELIVERY COSTS IN THE DOM TOM
Any order placed in the DOM TOM is subject to delivery charges.
The current rates are as follows:
- for any order between 80 and 200 € TTC: delivery charges of 24 € TTC
- for any order > 200 € TTC: delivery charges of 60 € TTC

The rates vary according to the geographical zones, the amount of your order and the carrier.
