Our training is 100% distance learning and is presented in audio format. As soon as you place an order for a kit with Smile Mobile, your package will be dispatched. From that moment on, you can access the ‘MY TRAINING’ section in your customer area.
You will then find 17 episodes lasting a total of 3 hours 15 minutes, covering the origins and definition of tooth whitening, the different medical and cosmetic techniques available on the market, legislation, treatment protocols, results, adjustments to suit the type of customer you have, maintenance treatments, contraindications, information on the consent form, etc.
You have a maximum of 10 days to complete all our training modules at your leisure. Then, when you have finished all 16 episodes, you will be able to access a final 20-question questionnaire to confirm that you have completed our training course.
Finally, you will receive the following key documents by e-mail:

- a copy of the consent form for you to sign before each treatment;
