In the PAP+ Essential Kit, you will find:

- 1 tube of whitening gel (25 ml): A generous amount sufficient for a full 20-day treatment.
- 20 dental wipes: to apply the gel and help spread it evenly over your teeth.
- 1 mouthguard that clips onto a mini 5-LED lamp: to allow the blue LED light to diffuse once you’ve clipped the mouthguard onto it.
- 1 zippered storage pouch.

Of course, the instruction manual and a paper shade guide complete the PAP+ Essential Kit.

> How does it work?

Instructions

1- Brush your teeth or clean them using WHITECARE dental spray (sold separately).
2- Determine your tooth shade using the color chart.
3- Clip your tray onto the mini LED lamp.
4- Take the tube of PAP+ out of your fridge.
5 - Insert a wipe onto your index finger and use the blue side to apply a strip of gel approximately 30 mm x 5 mm.
6- Part your lips and spread the gel evenly over the visible surface of your teeth.
7- Place the tray in your mouth, turn on the lamp, and let it work for 15 minutes.
8- Remove the tray and rinse your mouth.
9- Rinse the tray under water.
10- Check your tooth shade using the color chart.

Frequency & duration of treatment

1 session of 15 minutes per day for 20 consecutive days (minimum 10 days).

Tips for maximum results

- Perform the treatment in the evening after your last meal.
- Avoid eating or drinking afterward.
- Limit consumption of staining foods and beverages during the treatment: wine, tea, coffee, soda, spices, tobacco…

Precautions

- Store the PAP+ gel tube in the refrigerator between uses
- Be sure to reseal the tube tightly after each use.

Contraindications

- Avoid contact with the eyes; rinse immediately if contact occurs.
- Do not use on individuals under 18 years of age, pregnant or breastfeeding women, people allergic to any ingredient, or those with identified oral health issues.
- Do not swallow and avoid contact with the oral mucosa.
- In case of sensitivity, irritation, or pain, rinse your mouth thoroughly, discontinue use of the product, and consult your dentist.
- Do not apply the gel directly with your fingers.
