> But how exactly does this mini-lamp with integrated tray work?
First of all, it's important to know that the mouthpiece has 32 LEDs that diffuse a blue light without emitting heat on the teeth. This improves the tooth whitening process.
To use the tray, simply press the power button on the centre of the product and leave your finger on for a few seconds. The tray will then light up with its 32 LEDs.
But before activating your tray, you first need to apply the tooth whitening gel. This is easy to do: take your gel (which can come in a tube or syringe) and apply a thin line to each part of the jaw inside the tray.
Once the gel has been applied, you can insert the mouthpiece into your mouth and then press the start button. The 32 blue LEDs will light up and you can keep the tray in your mouth for 15 minutes.
After this time, simply remove the tray, turn it off and rinse it out with cold or lukewarm water.
Ideally, when you carry out an at-home treatment, it is recommended that you carry out a course of treatment and repeat this operation every day for around ten days.

It's important to note that the dental splint is an IP67-rated product. What does this mean? It simply means that the product is waterproof and can be immersed. So you can wash your mouthpiece in complete safety. However, it is not recommended to immerse your tray in water for long periods.
A teeth whitening session generally lasts 15 minutes. Once your tray is charged, you can use it at least ten times before it becomes discharged.
After that, it's very easy to recharge. The mouthpiece comes with a magnetic USB cable. All you have to do then is use one of your adapters to plug it directly into a socket or an electronic device.
Allow a maximum of 2 hours for a full recharge. When the gutter is charging, the LED lights flash. As soon as they stop flashing, charging is complete.
