> How does it work?
Here are the instructions to follow for your complete PAP+ treatment:
1- Brush your teeth or clean them using WHITECARE dental spray.
2- Determine the shade of your teeth using the shade guide.
3- Take a dental wipe and insert it into your index finger (blue side inside the finger that will be in contact with your teeth).
4- Press firmly on the tube and apply a large strip of gel (5mm x 30mm) to the wipe.
5- Spread your lips as wide as possible and spread the gel over the visible surface of your teeth.
6- Immediately place a mouth tray in your mouth to prevent contact with your lips (use an LED light to maximise results).
7- Leave on for 15 minutes, remove the mouth tray and rinse your mouth.
8- Clean the mouth tray under water and discard the accessory used to spread the gel.
9- Check the shade of your teeth with the shade guide.
Frequency & duration of treatment
1 session of 15 minutes per day for 20 consecutive days (minimum 10 days).
Tips for maximising results
- Perform the treatment in the evening after your last meal.
- Avoid drinking/eating afterwards.
- Limit colouring products during the treatment: wine, tea, coffee, soft drinks, spices, tobacco, etc.

- Remember to close the tube tightly between uses.

- Do not swallow and avoid contact with the mucous membranes of the mouth.
- In case of sensitivity, irritation or pain, rinse your mouth thoroughly, stop using the product and consult your dentist.
- Do not apply the gel directly with your fingers.
